High-accuracy Coriolis mass flowmeter for direct mass flow, density and temperature measurement of liquids, gases and complex fluids in chemical, petroleum, food, pharmaceutical, paper and industrial process applications.
FCC-300 Coriolis mass flowmeter is designed for direct measurement of mass flow, density and temperature in closed pipelines. Unlike volumetric flowmeters, it measures mass flow directly, helping reduce the need for additional temperature or pressure compensation in many process applications.
With high accuracy, multi-variable measurement and stable performance for complex fluids, FCC-300 is suitable for chemical, petroleum, food, pharmaceutical, paper, energy, biodiesel, hydrogen and general industrial applications.
The meter supports different sensor structures, including U-type, triangular type and straight tube type, allowing users to select the suitable configuration according to pipe size, flow range, fluid properties, pressure loss and installation space.
FCC-300 directly measures mass flow instead of calculating it from volume flow. This helps improve process control, batching, dosing and inventory measurement accuracy.
One device can provide mass flow, density and temperature measurement, reducing the need for multiple instruments and simplifying system integration.
With accuracy options of 0.1%, 0.15% and 0.2%, FCC-300 is suitable for applications that require precise flow measurement and repeatable process control.
Coriolis measurement is suitable for high-viscosity liquids, oils, fuels, solvents, chemicals, syrups, slurries and other challenging process media.
Compared with many velocity-based flowmeters, Coriolis meters generally do not require long straight inlet and outlet pipe runs, making installation easier in compact process skids.
4–20mA, RS485, Modbus-RTU and HART options allow FCC-300 to connect with PLC, DCS, SCADA and process automation system.s.
For acids, alkalis, solvents, additives, resins, coatings and other chemical liquids. Explosion-proof configuration can be selected for hazardous-area applications.
For fuels, oils, hydrocarbons, loading, unloading, dosing and inventory measurement where direct mass flow measurement is required.
For syrup, sugar solutions, edible oil, dairy products, alcohol, sauces and other food liquids where density and temperature monitoring may be useful.
For solvents, process liquids, purified liquids and dosing applications requiring accurate and repeatable flow measurement.
For pulp, slurry, additives, starch, coatings and process liquids in paper production.
For honey, syrup, molasses, heavy oil, resin, glue and other viscous media where volumetric flowmeters may be affected by fluid properties.
For low-temperature applications where the selected sensor and transmitter configuration match the required temperature range.
For hydrogen-related process measurement, biodiesel, additives and new energy fluid applications where mass-based measurement is preferred.
A Coriolis flowmeter uses vibrating measuring tubes to detect mass flow directly. When fluid flows through the vibrating tube, the moving mass creates a twisting effect caused by Coriolis force. The phase difference between sensor signals is proportional to the mass flow rate.
At the same time, the vibration frequency of the measuring tube can be used to determine fluid density, while the built-in temperature measurement helps compensate and monitor process conditions.
Because it measures mass flow directly, a Coriolis flowmeter is especially useful for fluids whose density, viscosity or temperature may change during production.
